These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and Perdana4D ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of the Perdana4D website located at perdana4d.cam and all associated products, services, and features (collectively, the "Services").

Perdana4D is an international online gaming platform offering sports betting, live casino games, 4D lottery, mix parlay wagering, and slot game services. To register and maintain an active account on Perdana4D, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual user and not as an agent, proxy, or representative for any third party.

• You must not have previously had an account suspended, restricted, or permanently closed by Perdana4D for violations of these Terms and Conditions.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during the registration process and keep that information updated at all times.

Perdana4D reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any bonus balances.

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) account on the Perdana4D platform only. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all account balances.

At the point of registration, you will be required to provide a valid username, password, email address, full legal name, and date of birth. Perdana4D may also request your Malaysian NRIC number or equivalent national identity document for KYC verification purposes prior to processing your first withdrawal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Perdana4D will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Perdana4D supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), Ethereum (ETH), and BNB.

The following conditions govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 (or equivalent in accepted cryptocurrency). Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 unless otherwise stated in applicable promotion terms.
• Deposits are processed instantly for e-wallet and DuitNow methods. Bank transfer deposits via FPX may take up to 15 minutes to clear during off-peak banking hours.
• All funds deposited into your Perdana4D account must originate from a payment source registered in your own legal name. Deposits made from third-party payment instruments will be flagged, held for investigation, and may be returned at Perdana4D's sole discretion.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a completed KYC review. Perdana4D targets an average withdrawal processing time of under three (3) minutes for fully verified accounts.
• Perdana4D does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees. However, payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which Perdana4D accepts no responsibility.
• Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Perdana4D is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.

Perdana4D reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance measure.

All bets placed on the Perdana4D platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category: sports betting, live casino, 4D lottery, mix parlay, or slot games. In the event of any conflict between general platform rules and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail.

• Sports Betting: Bets are accepted on a wide range of domestic and international sporting events, including EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and more. All odds are stated in decimal format. Bets placed after an event has commenced may be voided at Perdana4D's discretion.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay bets combine a minimum of three (3) selections into a single wager. If any selection is void, the parlay will be recalculated based on the remaining valid selections. Minimum mix parlay stake is RM 5.
• Live In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. Perdana4D reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice due to live match events or data feed interruptions.
• 4D Lottery: 4D draws are conducted on scheduled draw dates only. Tickets purchased after the draw deadline for a given draw date will automatically apply to the next scheduled draw.
• Slot Games & Live Casino: All slot games and live casino tables use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer streams from licensed providers. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are publicly disclosed by respective game providers.

In the event of a technical failure, system outage, or data feed error that materially affects the outcome of a bet, Perdana4D reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. This decision is final and at the sole discretion of Perdana4D's risk management team.

Perdana4D may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, cryptocurrency deposit bonuses, and other promotional incentives. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 1x the bonus amount unless a higher multiple is specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Birthday bonuses are tier-dependent: Bronze (MYR 188), Silver (MYR 388), Gold (MYR 888), and VIP (MYR 2,688). Accounts must be active for a minimum of 30 days and must have completed KYC verification to be eligible.
• Referral bonuses of MYR 38 per successful referral require the referred friend to deposit a minimum of RM 50. Both the referrer and the referred player must be fully KYC-verified.
• The cryptocurrency deposit bonus (2%, capped at MYR 688 per transaction) is applied automatically and does not require a promotional code.
• Platform migration bonuses (up to MYR 588) require verification of tier status from the previous platform via screenshots. Perdana4D reserves the right to request additional evidence and to determine the equivalent tier match at its sole discretion.
• Bonuses cannot be redeemed for cash until all wagering requirements have been met. Bonus balances are non-transferable and expire after 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Perdana4D reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Users of the Perdana4D platform are prohibited from engaging in the following conduct:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point of use.
• Registering more than one account or operating accounts on behalf of any third party.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with the platform in any way that is not permitted or intended.
• Exploiting software errors, system bugs, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings accrued through exploitation of a software error are void.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) or counter-terrorism financing (CTF) laws.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited under local law, where Perdana4D has determined such access to be restricted.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any activity that seeks to corrupt or manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or casino game.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward Perdana4D staff or other users via any communication channel.

Perdana4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• A user fails to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicious activity, potential fraud, or potential money laundering is detected on the account.
• A user is found to be under the age of 21.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require the restriction of the account.

Users may also voluntarily request account closure or self-exclusion at any time by contacting Perdana4D support. Upon account closure, any remaining verified account balance (excluding bonus balances subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to a final KYC review.

All content on the Perdana4D platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, data compilations, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Perdana4D or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written authorisation from Perdana4D. Unauthorised use of platform intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Perdana4D, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Perdana4D platform or its services.

This limitation includes, without limitation, damages arising from:

• Errors, interruptions, delays, or unavailability of the platform or any third-party service on which the platform depends.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or account, where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any wagering or gambling losses incurred during your use of the platform.
• Decisions made in reliance on any information, odds, or content displayed on the platform.

Perdana4D's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising from or related to use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Perdana4D reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the Perdana4D platform after the publication of any updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised agreement.
